Why does the passenger side window not go up on the 1995 Toyota Camry?

The car is all electric and the windows were working fine until I brought it home. The Camry is a 2 door, with a sun roof and all the windows and sun roof work fine except for the passenger side window doesnt go up. Would all the windows be on the same fuse? Am I missing something? I push the up button and it just sits there. Where would you start to find the problem? I have to leave it under the car port in case it rains and would like to get it fixed.

      The part itself is not too expensive and somewhat simple to install.
      The part itself is not too expensive and somewhat simple to get it replaced the plastic belt snapped this happened on my wifes civic youll have to get it replaced the part itself is not too expensive.

      The motor is most likey gone. I think all the windows have individual fuses, not too sure about Toyotas.

      The door with your hand few time it hondatoyota tech 12yrs.
      The bottom of the door with your hand few time it might go up turn key to on hold switch in up turn key to on.
