Why does my Camry bottom out on every bump that I hit?

Over the last 2 months or so, I’ve found my 98 Toyota Camry to be riding a lot rougher than it used to. Even going over some potholes, my car will bottom out. I can’t pull into certain driveways because of how hard the bottom of my car hits the cement.

Does this sound like something to do with my shocks and struts?
