Why does my Camry accelerate while I am coasting?

This problem generally occurs at speeds under 20 mph. This is a 2005 base level Camry, with automatic tranmission. The rpm will generally go from 900 up to 1,300 suddenly.

      The idle your engine low speed slip or possibly cringe tranny fluid perhaps flush is needed or possibly cringe.
