Is there an easy way to get my Camry’s dashboard backlights to work again?

I have a 1993 Toyota Camry. The backlights to the air conditioning and heating controls on the dashboard are not working–I suspect that there is some cable unplugged or something as the dealer just installed a new control system for the air temperature dial. Is there an easy way to fix this myself?
