Is it safe to have three car seats strapped into the backseat of a Toyota Camry?

My daughter is 3, and I take care of a set of brothers during the day - a 2 year old and a 4 year old. This fall the parents want me to pick up the oldest from preschool. Is it safe to have two front facing convertible car seats and one booster seat in the backseat of my 2006 Toyota Camry?

      The seats are on an inclinetilt because one is not safe.

      Yes because the car comes with 3-point rear seat belts on driver side, passenger side and center….
