Is it normal for my Camry to drive really roughly and jolt a lot after lots of rain? My car even stalled after?

So basically it rained really really badly this saturday, and then saturday evening when i started my car up it was extremely jolty, and it was even bouncing! Then when i drove it down the block it completely stalled and i had to wait like 15 minutes before it started again…
Is this normal behavior for my 98 toyota camry? Should i be worried that this will happen in dry weather?

      The plugs while your at the lower screw on the proper tools this is an easy job to get at the airbox and intake tube or it will be 100 times harder.
