I change engine oil every 3000 - 4000 miles and I recently put on new sets of tires from Goodyear.. that's it.. I am expecting at least another 100000 miles out of this car before I buy another car.. just like a lot of Toyotas and Hondas, if you take care of it, it will last and give you many miles of good ride.. good luck!
