How to fix a little rust on a 2006 Camry rear fender?

I have just a little rust on the edge of my 2006 Camry rear passenger side fender. What is the most cost effective way to fix it? I am planning on taking it to a body shop. Also, what kind of price am I looking at. The rust is a half an inch by five inches patch from a scratch and has been there for about 4 months.
