How do i unlock the glove box on a 2002 camry?

The glove box on my 2002 camry got locked by my friend while he was drunk. Now I cannot get the box open and my iPod is in there. Do you know what key i can use to unlock the box? I have been using the ignition key and it does not fit all the way in & will not unlock it. All help appreciated.

      REMOVE THE SCREWS FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE GLOVE BOX AND TRY AND POP IT OUT FROM THE BOTTOM LOOKING UP.

      IT WILL WORK AS LONG AS YOU HAVE TIME AND PENITENCE AND WHEN YOU HAVE IT OUT YOU CAN WORK ON THE LOCKING UNIT.

      The glove and boot just try thatit could be the spare key the spare key may not open the spare key instead of your spare key instead of your mastermain key may not open the solution.
