Why is my 2000 Toyota Camry making a new noise in Front?

Last month I had my engine mount replaced on a 2000 Toyota Camry with 140,000 miles on it. About a week ago, it started making extra noise, coming from the front of the vehicle. It sounds like a quick vibration and it is loudest when accelerating. There are no dash panel lights on and I haven’t noticed any change in fuel consumption. This is making my wife a little nervous. Should I be worried or is this something that happens around 140,000 miles?
